In 2023, our founder, Megha, noticed that many of her own South Asian clothing items were in great condition but not getting worn, and upon speaking with friends and family, realised they had the same problem. This inspired her to create Kifaayat, a platform to buy and sell pre-loved South Asian fashion.
At Kifaayat, we believe in sustainability and reducing fashion waste. By shopping pre-loved or reusing outfits you can find a great bargain and make a positive impact on the environment. Our name, Kifaayat, is the translation of the word "thrift," reflecting our commitment to providing sustainable options. With us, you can buy Indian clothes online, Pakistani clothes online and other affordable South Asian fashion. You can also re-sell your Indian clothes, Pakistani dresses and other South Asian fashion and accessories.

Rena
Rena wears the strategic cap on our team, leading all marketing and community initiatives with a focus on connection. Rena's background is in marketing and brand management, including working for a pre-loved luxury fashion platform in Milan, Italy and marketing & PR for India's leading auction house. Her role at Kifaayat includes shaping social campaigns and nurturing our growing community and helps Kifaayat grow in ways that feel authentic and lasting.
